On the 350 the cable is just for kickdown. I completely forgot how it feels for the tranny to drop down to 1st gear at 40mph in this old girl what an eye opener. I am trying to adjust the shifter cable and i cant get enough adjustment out of the cable to get the floor shifter to go into l1 and l2.
